James and I met in July 2010 at 7 Peaks Waterpark in Provo, Utah. We were in the same ward, actually, but had never met until this stake activity. We talked for a while and started dating that fall. In July 2011, James proposed in the Muir Woods in San Francisco, surprising the heck out of me! I was not expecting it at all. We were married on November 5, 2011 in the Bountiful, UT temple, and have never been happier!
We lived in Utah County while I taught kindergarten and James worked doing graphic design. He finished up his second degree and then moved to Dallas to work a new job while I finished teaching.
Thankfully, we are together again here in the Metroplex. We absolutely love Texas and are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives!
